All ranges in this section are made to order, we endeavour to despatch as soon as possible but at peak times it can take up to 4 weeks .
To order from this range simply select the item to your shopping basket & complete the order form with as much detail as possible.
We will contact you by return if we need any additional information . Once payment has been received your hat/fascinator will be made to match your ordered requirements.
When your order is complete we will email the despatch date

All items are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK .

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of order prior to payment made – no charge
Once your commission has been started cancellation fee will be between 20-40% of cost dependant on how far your order has been progressed.This will be deducted from the refund given
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase you must contact us within 24hrs of receipt via email to sue@thoroughlymodernmillinery.co.uk to discuss the problem. Authorised returns will be at the purchasers expense .Goods will be replaced or credited via the original payment method and may take up to 30 days to reach the account- although usually it is much sooner. We cannot be held responsible for goods which fail to reach us - so it is advisable to get a receipt so you can track your parcel. Unauthorised returns will not be refunded
Non Delivery of goods
You will be notified by email with the despatch date of your order.All goods will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery . If your goods fail to arrive a full refund will be given once it has been confirmed by Royal Mail that the parcel was not delivered
Faulty /Damaged goods
Faulty /damaged goods must be notified within 24 hrs of receipt
and returned within 3 days of receiving the item . All verified faulty goods will be fully refunded including return postage
