Custom made hats & fascinators

All ranges in this section are made to order, we endeavour to despatch as soon as possible but at peak times it can take up to 4 weeks .
To order from this range simply select the item to your shopping basket & complete the order form with as much detail as possible.
We will contact you by return if we need any additional information . Once payment has been received your hat/fascinator will be made to match your ordered requirements.
When your order is complete we will email the despatch date

All items are sent fully tracked via royal mail or private carrier within the UK .

Deliveries outside the UK are sent tracked and signed for

Returns

We are happy to refund on clothing & accessory purchases provided they are returned within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be in their original packaging with tags attached .They must be uncontaminated by perfume or makeup & be in an unworn condition.

Unfortunately refunds cannot be given on Special Orders ie goods ordered in specifically for a client.

This does not effect your statutory rights

Returns will be refunded (less the cost of postage) via the original payment method upon receipt .

We cannot be held responsible for goods which fail to reach us – so it is advisable to get a proof of postage so you can track your parcel

Non Delivery of Goods 

All goods sent are tracked.If your goods fail to arrive please notify us as soon as possible so that goods can be traced.

Faulty /Damaged goods

Please contact us before returning faulty goods to discuss the problem.Only authorised faulty items will be refunded payment will be made via the original payment method plus postage
